Floor press 3×3

3 sets of heavy bent-over rows about 10 reps (8-12) ( with barbell, dumbbell, etc)

 3 rounds for quality and minimum rest:

  • 1 min Handstand walk or hold
  • 1min Lowers from inverted hang
  • 1 min double-unders

15 sec rest between movements.
