Snatch. Find your 1 rep max of the day. If you fail a lift, start again with a lighter weight.


12-9-6 reps for quality:

  • overhead squat (50-60% of 1RM)
  • strict chest-to-bar pull-up
  • broad jump
Time is not an element in this workout. Just try to rest as little as possible. Focus on the quality of the movements.
