6 min AMRAP:

  • Max reps hand-release push-ups
  • 80m shuttle run (8×10 m), perform as many push-ups as you can while your partner sprints .

Rest 2 minutes.

6 min AMRAP:

  • Max reps wall balls
  • 200 m row, perform as many wall balls as you can while your partner rows.

If you don’t have a partner, do 15 HR push-ups & 80 m shuttle run and 15 wall balls & 200 m row
