Snatch pull below the knee 3×2. Use 80-100% of 1RM snatch.

  • 12 x dumbbell snatch, right arm (moderate weight)
  • 10 x L-pull-up
  • 12 x DB snatch, left arm
  • 10 x strict handstand push-up
