On the minute for 10 minutes: 3 x weighted strict pull-up. Try to keep the same weight in every set.

  • 1 minute handstand hold (start in plank position and walk feet up to the wall to handstand)
  • 1 minute hollow rocks
  • 1 minute double-unders
  • 1 minute rest
