  • 10 x back squat (100/60kg)
  • 50 x kettlebell swing (32/24kg)
  • 20 x front squat (80/40kg)
  • 40 x box jump (60/50cm)
  • 30 x overhead squat (60/30kg)
  • 30 x toes to bar
