Snatch pull on the knee 3×2. Use 75% of 1RM snatch.

5 x (hang power snatch + snatch balance + snatch). Use weights that you can handle with good form.

  • 7 x squat (with a dumbbell)
  • 7 x hang dumbbell snatch (left hand)

Rest 1 minute.

3 minute AMRAP

  • 7 x box jump (60/50cm)
  • 7 x hang dumbbell snatch (right hand)

Rest 1 minute.

3 minute AMRAP

  • 6 x pistol squat
  • 6 x dumbbell snatch (alternating)
