Box squat 3×3. Use 80-90% of your 3RM.

2-3 sets of:

  • Dumbbell/kettlebell side bends 15-20 reps both sides (moderate weight, move slowly)
  • Banded kettlebell swings 20 reps (eye level, light weight)

In 7 minutes:

  • 30 deadlifts (bodyweight or 50% 1RM)
  • 30 box jumps (75/60cm)
  • max reps wall balls
