Front squat 3×5

5 rounds:

  • 6 x hang squat clean (moderate weight)
  • 12 x heavy kettlebell swing

Advanced athletes:

  • Touch and go Clean 15-12-9-6 and 3 reps. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Rest as needed between sets. Start with light weight and increase weight as much as you can.
