Dumbbell bear and running

15 min AMRAP:

  • dumbbell bear
  • 200m running

Dumbbell bear is:

  • 5 x db deadlift
  • 5 x db hang full clean
  • 5 x db push jerk
  • 5 x db fr.sq.
